These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of gift cards and booking/participation in electric motorbike ride sessions (“Services”) provided by Cumbria Moto Park (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, using a gift card, or attending a session, you agree to these Terms.

Interpretation

“Participant” means any person attending a motorbike session.
“Gift Card” means a prepaid voucher redeemable for Services.
“Booking” means a confirmed reservation for a motorbike session.
“Session” means a one-hour electric motorbike ride on the track.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 3 years old to attend Sessions.
Participants under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Participants must comply with all safety instructions and requirements.

Gift Cards

Purchase and Use

Gift Cards may be purchased online or at our venue.
Gift Cards are redeemable towards Booking Sessions only.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Expiry and Restrictions

Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of purchase.
Expired Gift Cards have no value and cannot be redeemed.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced.

Booking & Payment

All Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
You may use a Gift Card, credit/debit card, or other payment methods we accept.

Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Participant Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled Session will receive a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable.

Company Cancellations

We may cancel a Session due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
In that event, you may choose a refund or reschedule.

Gift Card Cancellations

Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must follow all safety instructions, wear provided protective gear, and act responsibly.
We may refuse participation for anyone who appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaves unsafely.
You are responsible for your own health and fitness to participate.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Riding motorbikes has inherent risks. By attending a Session, you acknowledge and assume these risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform if caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions).

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to our collection and use of your data.

Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.
